About the Internship: Roles & Responsibilities:- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with paperwork. Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support for HR-related matters. Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions and other employee development initiatives. Help maintain accurate employee records and databases. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and enhancing employee engagement. Stay updated on HR best practices and assist in ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
